Systems Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement system software that meets scalability, performance, and reliability requirements.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to define system requirements and ensure software-hardware compatibility.
• Develop and maintain an automated testing framework to ensure quality and reliability of system software.
• Optimize existing systems for improved performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues and bugs.
• Document software specifications and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in systems software development, preferably in C/C++, Python, or Java.
• Strong understanding of operating systems, file systems, and networking.
• Experience with low-level programming and hardware interfacing.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
