Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Lead software development teams in the delivery of complex projects, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Ruby.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively.
