Lead Quality Control QA

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Quality Control team to ensure the highest standards of product quality and compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
• Lead the design and execution of testing strategies, plans, and protocols for new and existing products.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and product development, to resolve quality issues.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor QA team members on best practices and quality control methodologies.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on quality performance and improvement initiatives to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with quality management systems and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in team management.
• Proficiency in QA software tools and MS Office applications.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Relevant certifications, such as Six Sigma, ISO, or CQE, are a plus.
