UI / UX Designer full-time

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to optimize and iterate on design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
• Design user interfaces that are intuitive, engaging, and consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring a cohesive visual language across all platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the user experience.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback on design projects within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
