Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and product teams to structure and negotiate complex deals.
- Develop and maintain pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Analyze deal performance and provide insights to improve pricing and deal structures.
- Review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and mitigate risks.
- Drive process improvements to streamline deal operations and enhance efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members to build deal desk capabilities and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
